GeoBrakes makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and fitment data on our website are accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are completely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. 6.2 Fitment and Compatibility

Our fitment selector tool is provided to help you identify brake parts compatible with your vehicle. The accuracy of fitment results depends entirely on the vehicle information you provide. You are solely responsible for entering the correct year, make, model, trim level, engine size, and drive type when using our fitment tool. GeoBrakes's 100% fitment guarantee applies only when the correct and complete vehicle information has been entered at the time of purchase.

If your vehicle has been modified, upgraded, or differs from factory specification in any way that affects brake compatibility, it is your responsibility to verify compatibility before ordering. Our fitment tool is calibrated for factory-specification vehicles only.

6.3 Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. GeoBrakes reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.

7. Pricing and Payment

7.1 Pricing

All prices on geobrakes.com are displayed in US dollars. All applicable US customs duties and import taxes are included in the displayed price on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. You will not be charged any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees at the time of delivery. GeoBrakes reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

7.2 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on our website, GeoBrakes reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed. We will notify you promptly and offer you the opportunity to re-order at the correct price or receive a full refund.

7.3 Payment

GeoBrakes accepts major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. GeoBrakes does not store complete payment card numbers on our systems. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you have provided is accurate.

7.4 Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your payment has been successfully processed. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order. GeoBrakes reserves the right to cancel any confirmed order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected payment fraud, or shipping restrictions to your location.

8. Duties, Taxes, and Cross-Border Shipments

All orders placed on geobrakes.com are shipped from Canada to the United States. All applicable US customs duties and import taxes are calculated, paid, and included in your order total at checkout on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. GeoBrakes assumes full responsibility for cross-border duty compliance on outbound shipments. You will not be asked to pay any additional duties or customs charges at any point after checkout. The duties and taxes paid on your behalf at the time of shipment are remitted to US Customs and Border Protection and are non-refundable under all circumstances including returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

9. Shipping

All shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Shipping Policy including all provisions regarding delivery timelines, cross-border processing delays, carrier limitations, extended distance surcharges, incorrect address fees, damage claims, and lost shipment procedures. GeoBrakes is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, US customs processing, weather events, public holidays, or any other circumstances outside our direct control.

10. Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Return and Exchange Policy including all provisions regarding the 30-day return window, condition requirements, restocking fees, fitment dispute procedures, cross-border return shipping responsibilities, and the non-refundability of duties and taxes paid on the original shipment.

11. Warranty

11.1 Product Warranty

All brake parts sold by GeoBrakes carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal driving conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, racing or track use, normal wear and tear, or use on modified vehicles outside factory specifications.

11.2 Disclaimer

The products sold by GeoBrakes are aftermarket and OEM-grade brake parts sourced from third-party manufacturers. GeoBrakes is a retailer and is not the original manufacturer of these products. GeoBrakes makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in our Warranty Policy. We do not warrant that our products are suitable for any purpose beyond their described automotive application.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US federal and state law, GeoBrakes's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or your purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12.2 Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law, GeoBrakes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of vehicle use, costs of substitute transportation, or personal injury arising from the use or misuse of our products, the use of our website, cross-border shipping delays, customs delays, or any failure of delivery.

12.3 Safety Disclaimer

Brake parts are safety-critical components. GeoBrakes strongly recommends that all brake parts be installed by a qualified automotive technician or mechanic licensed in your state. Improper installation of brake components can result in brake failure, property damage, serious injury, or death. GeoBrakes is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation of our products. By purchasing brake parts from GeoBrakes, you acknowledge this risk and accept sole responsibility for ensuring proper professional installation.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GeoBrakes Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your provision of incorrect vehicle information, your improper installation of brake parts purchased from us, or your violation of any applicable US federal or state law.

All content on geobrakes.com including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, the fitment database, category structure, and website design is the property of GeoBrakes Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

15. User-Generated Content

If you submit a product review, rating, or any other content to our website, you grant GeoBrakes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, publish, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You confirm that any content you submit is truthful and does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements. GeoBrakes reserves the right to remove any user-generated content at its sole discretion.

If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel any outstanding order for a full refund of the product purchase price.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and applicable Canadian federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. GeoBrakes operates from Canada and these terms are entered into in Canada.
